Join us for one of Glendale’s Legendary Festivals!
One of Metro-Milwaukee’s grandest Fourth of July Celebrations is in Glendale, Wisconsin. All ages are welcome…and all communities!
In 2021, we will be hosting a scaled-back Fourth of July Celebration to comply with the CDC’s guidelines at Kletzsch Park.
Community volunteers work all year to plan Glendale’s Fourth of July. The local area businesses generously sponsor the day.

The Root Beer Bash is a free, family festival celebrating Glendale’s top crafted creation…Root Beer. This year, the festival is designed to comply with CDC recommendations. Guests “float in” for live music, a petting zoo, dancing, a classic car show, and foods with a “root beer flavored” twist. Join us at the end of August to celebrate the North Shore’s main food festival.
This year’s Root Beer Bash is August 28, 2021, at the Richard E. Maslowski Community Park.

Wisconsin Beer Lovers Festival
The 2021 Wisconsin Beer Lovers Festival has been cancelled.
Every June, thousands of craft beer enthusiasts, from around the country, attend the Wisconsin Beer Lovers Festival. What makes this beer festival stand-out? This is one of the only beer festivals showcased and served by the Wisconsin Brewers Guild. Hundreds of beers are perfectly-paired with local restaurant foods in an all-you-can-eat-and-drink affair. This festival boasts a very high return-rate, with most attendees coming back year-after-year.

Glendale has an active police department…which is very engaged with the community. Each Summer, they participate in National Night Out. This free, family-friendly event is celebrated around the Nation, in just about every community. The festival brings together first responders from all departments: Sheriffs, Fire Department, Police Departments, FBI, Flight-for-Life, Paramedics, and more. The attendees enjoy riveting demonstrations from K9 units, search and rescue, jaws-of-life, and drones.
The 2021 National Night Out is August 3rd (5pm to 8pm) at Brown Deer Village Park.
