BAYSHORE presents Get Active! Days presented by Fortify Health and Performance! Join us in The Yard at BAYSHORE on Saturday 6/3 for a FREE strength training workout, weather permitting. Class will be held from 10:00 – 10:45am.

Enjoy a total body strength and conditioning session with minimal equipment and tailored to your abilities. Unleash the athlete within you with movements designed to improve your stability, strength, power, and endurance.
